At The Lost Kitchen, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned kitchenware for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
