We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more home chefs worldwide in the near future.
