Our favorite, custom Lost Kitchen blend coffee really shines when using a slow brewed method such as pour-over or French press, and freshly ground beans for each brew. 

• For pour-over
  • Use 25g (about 4 TBS) of medium ground coffee per 12oz of 200F water.
• For French press
  • Use 53g (about 10 TBS) of coarse ground coffee per 64oz of 200F water.
